We found a new home!

After many months of browsing online listings, making lists of homes to go drive by on our own, making more lists for open houses week after week, making more lists of homes to see with our realtor Angie.....we've finally one. I think we drove down every street in West Knoxville...putting 100s of miles on the car. But it's all paid off with this house. We are very happy and excited.



It is in the Farragut area of West Knoxville in a beautiful, family friendly neighborhood. It is also in one of the best school districts in the city, which will be very important when that time comes in a few short years. Plenty of great shopping, restaurants, and conveniences are nearby as well. Another thing that was very important to us was being able to just go for a walk...this is a great place for that with a lot of winding roads in this subdivision. Just down the road is an entrance to one of Knoxville's many greenways...a paved trail that goes for miles among farm fields, woods and quiet residential areas.





The backyard is large and private and even has a little pond feature. There's a quiet spot for a hammock in the shade of some huge trees and the deck is so pleasant with a vine trellis above.











We're going to love this home.
