Playing in the leaves.

Last Sunday, it was a beautiful early fall day. One of our trees in the backyard suddenly turned to a bright red-orange, so I couldn't resist taking a few photos of my favorite people.

To my Arkansas Razorback friends and family, I must say my loyalties are divided...living in Knoxville, the heart and soul of the Tennessee Volunteers, it's very hard to not get some of that bright orange into your system. It's everywhere all the time, infectious as we hear the cheers and groans up and down the street on college football game day Saturdays.

The entire Denver / Miami game wasn't televised on any of our channels so Dan called Buffalo Wild Wings and they said they had it on their big center screen. Keep in mind that the Tennessee Titans were playing the Houston Texans at the same time, losing 41-7, yikes!


Dan wore his Tebow jersey to Buffalo Wild Wings, where we endured most of the first half of that crazy game against Miami. Had we known how the last 5 minutes would bring out a win in overtime, we may have stayed. We evidently were not the only Denver fans in the room. We went home and listened to the Denver Radio Network broadcast on the internet, leaving the tv on too in case they switched over to it. They finally televised the last 15 minutes or so of the game on tv and we nearly blew out our vocal chords watching it at home. What a game!!
