On a very rainy afternoon, we went out to lunch at Little Anita's with Denell, Stephanie and James. Good food and good friends makes for a wonderful way to spend an afternoon. The visit went by too fast though.

Stephanie and James are expecting their first baby (a boy named James) in December. We wish them well.
We also had a nice visit with Jennifer and her fiance Scott. Can I say that? Well, I just did. :) We're wishing them well too.

Another night, we had a nice visit with Jonathan, Nicky and Chrissy and got to see their new home, eat a great meal and play a little RockBand with the kiddos. It was nice to see our kids playing together so well. Molly loves kids and was immediately drawn to Nicky and Chrissy (our ring bearer and one of our 3 flower girls at our wedding). I love those kids.

Jonathan cooked a great meal for us. Here we are at his house with him, Nicky and Chrissy.
Nicky, Dan, Molly and Jonathan. Molly is extremely shy around men....loves kids and warms up to women fairly quickly. Sorry Jonathan....maybe next time, she'll be nicer to you! She has no idea you are just a big kid too.
Now, on the other hand...Molly just adored Nicky and he was very sweet to her.

And here they are watching the tv while we played rock band. Molly has great potential for excelling at drums.
