A few days ago, before going downtown, we walked around the yard to check out the beautiful spring blossoms. The magnolia tree in the front yard was at its peak of springtime glory. We never really noticed the twiggy mass until it suddenly burst into great big pink blossoms. To Molly, it was a wonderous sight and she laughed, smiled and chattered to us while trying to grab the flowers and smell them. Re-experiencing the world with a young child as she discovers new things is so much fun.
