Tennessee Aquarium

While Walt and Anita were here last week, we drove down to Chattanooga to see the Tennessee Aquarium and the Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum.  We stayed the night since there was so much to see at the aquarium, we needed a whole day for both places.  It was spectacular and so well laid out, that even with a lot of people wandering about, it flowed well as we explored both the Ocean and River exhibits.  We highly recommend that if you ever find yourself in Chattanooga looking for something to do...just go check this place out.

It was a challenge to get a good shot with the dim lighting, but this is Molly and Dan looking at one of the many aquariums.

Pictures never do this sort of sight justice.  The graceful movements of the fish swimming was quite mesmerizing.

This aquarium had to be four stories tall and so vast.

The various colors of the fish was amazing...again, the eye beheld more than the camera ever could.

After we were done with the Ocean exhibits, we cooled off our feet in the creek walk.  I loved that, it was so much fun for Molly too.

It was nice to relax and cool off.
