As of yesterday, our house in Virginia is now under contract. If all goes well, the closing is set for early April. We are happy to have it sold in under one month. Keeping in mind that Richmond was held in the icy grips of not one, but two huge winter snowstorms that pounded the east coast, this is an amazing thing!
We hope the new young family buying it will love it as much as we did.
