Here we are at a picnic table at the park before Molly knew that she was going to play in the water. Had she known of the splash pad yet...she'd never stay still for the picnic.
After lunch, we set her free to play in the spraying water. The splash pad is an old filled in pool that now looks like a half submerged boat and whale spraying water all over. It's a lot of fun. It's not on in this picture...the water runs for 15-30 minutes and cuts off...I went to go turn it back on here.
She giggled and squealed with delight the whole time.
She wasn't afraid to play with the big kids either.
This is fun!!
In the belly of the whale.
Whose hat am I wearing inside out? I don't care...I'm wearing it anyway.
Playing while Daddy looks on.
Running around, splashing....
Filling a bucket isn't as easy as it looks. Love this "action" shot.
Peek-a-boo, who are you?
Hi, I'm Molly.
Filling buckets and cups, that's all she wanted to do.
Daddy had to drag her away, so we could dry her off and go.
Sippy-cup time beside the water. Fort Loudoun Lake which branches off the Tennessee River runs right along the park where the splash pad is. It's a very pretty area.
Phoebe, Dad, Dan and Molly by the lake.
View of the lake and the dock with some upscale looking waterfront homes.
