Exploring

It's only been one month since Molly took her first steps and since then, she's been exploring the house and all the places in it she's never really seen at her level. She's been at the mercy of whoever is carrying her from room to room, so this new independence must be exciting for her. Now we need to find a really good childproof gate for the stairs!

Here she is a few days ago in her farmer girl outfit, a cute red and white checked shirt with a big sunflower on it and her jeans shorts which are still a little too big and kept sliding down. It's nice when something she has is too big. I get sad when she outgrows her clothes and they have to be filed in either the "save it" or "give it away" bags. She is growing up so fast. We were told how fast infancy can race by, but you never really understand until you suddenly have a toddler roaming the halls. What happened to the little tiny baby we used to have?
