Latest Doctor Visit

A couple days ago, we took Molly in for her four month check up. She's actually 20 weeks old now and she'll be going for another check up in 2 months. I think we finally found a doctor we like and can really talk to without feeling so much like "new parents." The last few we have seen just didn't set right with me, so I kept making appointments with whoever they gave me until the fit was right. Her name is Kristen Powell and we will be seeing her again on November 24th, holiday travel permitting. We're still not sure what our plans are for Thanksgiving yet.

Anyway, Molly is doing very well and is still well ahead of other babies her age...of course! Her weight is now at 16 pounds. Her height is 26 3/8" (5+ inches since birth), and her big ol' head is now 17 1/8" around and all of it is cute, even her perpetual bald spot on the back.

She got her second round of shots: 4 shots and a dropper vaccine. Here you can see her at home with her owies all bandaged up. She actually did better with her shots than when they weighed her. When they put her on the scale, she went crazy crying, but when they gave her all those shots, she did just fine...I didn't, but she did.
