One year check-up.

Yesterday morning, we took Molly in for her one year old check-up with Dr. Powell. She weighed in at 19.5 pounds, is 29.5 inches tall and her head circumference is just under 19 inches. As always, the weight and height measurements seemed more traumatic to her than the 3 shots and anemic testing was. She got a shot in each arm and one in her thigh and a finger prick and she did just fine. Dr. Powell said that Molly seems to be progressing just fine and answered all our questions.

We feel very lucky and blessed to have a daughter who is so healthy and developing on target. It won't be long until she is talking and walking which will open up new areas and worlds of discovery. She is a constant learning experience for us both.
