Ringo

Ringo is not feeling well these days. Just a couple days ago, we noticed he seemed to be getting sick more often and he looked skinnier than usual. Since he's so fluffy, this wasn't obvious at first, but when we picked him up...he was noticibly lighter. He almost always is active, running around, leaping up on the furniture and window sills. But lately, he just sits on the floor and stares at nothing.

We took him in to the vet this morning and they did some bloodwork, did an x-ray and ran various other tests. They also gave him some fluid since he was dehydrated. He has refused to eat or drink today, so I don't know what to do. They asked us to bring him back in tomorrow so they could continue to try to see what is wrong with him.

Let's hope he gets better soon. He is my Ringo-Bubba and I love him very much. He is also the only one of our four cats that has any affection and patience towards Molly. He lets her pull his tail and pat his head all the time. What a sweet kitty.
